Contract Administration

The administration of a tramway contract involves enforcement of the project specification, recommendation for progress payments, resolution of contract disputes, negotiations for change orders and control of progress.  All of these items are critical for the successful completion of a tramway project.  Often, there can be simple miscommunications between a tramway manufacturer and the client that can lead to misunderstandings and potential legal actions. 

 

  Tramway Engineering understands tramway construction  contract administration.  We serve as the owner's representative to ensure that the manufacturer is in compliant with the contract.  We help in interpreting contract language that the manufacturer may feel is standard verbiage but can be misunderstood by the client.  The goal is to be fair to all parties and avoid legal actions.
