Project costing is probably the potentially one of the most error prone challenges in project development. Although the cost of the tramway may only be a portion of the total project cost, it perhaps represents the biggest unknown in the total cost of the project. With only two suppliers of aerial tramways available worldwide, there is little competition in the market. Even though these two suppliers are very completive, the cost may vary wildly depending on how the project is perceived.
