Environmental Assessments and Reports

There are very few major projects in today's world that will not require a certain level of environmental review.  The construction of a tramway will often come under the scrutiny of some authority.  Rarely is there an example of a project that sails through the review process without undergoing a detailed evaluation by some government agency that may be sympathetic to any group that may oppose the project.  The hard reality is that unless the tramway project is located entirely on private land and has the support of the local citizenry, the approval process is ripe with pitfalls.   In order to gain approval, the developer must plan on presenting evidence that the tramway will  be visually, environmentally, politically and economically benign.  This is a hard sell.
